Two tenants signed long-term leases for the 32,000-square-foot of flex facility at Four Creek Parkway in Naamans Creek Corporate Center. The Boothwyn, PA, property is under construction and slated to deliver next summer.
Pentec Health Inc. leased 23,450 square feet, about 80% of which will be built-out into a pharmacy/clean room. It will relocate from 106 Chelsea Parkway in Boothwyn. Pentec is a specialty pharmaceutical firm that provides niche therapies, including a nutritional supplement for dialysis patients. Palestra Properties represented Pentec.
Lamons Gasket Co., a subsidiary of Houston-based TriMas Co., leased the remaining 8,550 square feet. About 20% of the space is built-out for office uses, with the remaining space used industrially. Steve Italiano of CB Richard Ellis represented Lamons.
